Anyone have good trekking companies or guides that they had in Chiang Mai? I'm going there in mid-August.
WOuld love your opinion/recommendation on a full day or an overnight trek - do you have a preference of one over the other?

Thank you for the offer Jovan! Incredibly nice.
I guess we're trekking in Krabi per some advice we read online - lotsa poisonous snakes/spiders come out up North (though iIthink they would as well down south in Krabi) during monsoon and rainy season.

hey! I went on AWESOME trek in chiang mai with the banana guest house - we were in a properly 'remote area' with NO other tourists in it, a really great guide and all for a reasonable price. I seriously recomend checking them out. (my blog entry "no whiskey no sleep" has the whole story). Reply to this
