9 months touring Mexico, Guatemala and Belize.

The adventure is starting off going down the Baja then ferrying over to mainland Mexico. The plan is 9 months touring Mexico, Guatemala and Belize. Our goal and mission is to find some place on a beach to rent long term where there’s surfing and a gym close buy. From there we plan to go off on excursions to places undiscovered.

Start: Heidi has been staging for the trip since early Fall at our cabin in northern Wisconsin while I continued to work 4 days a week in the cities. I didn’t want to pay for the apartment in the city just to spend three nights a week so I pitched a big tent on the banks of the Minnesota River close to my job, fun, fun. People I know think I’m crazy but to me this is living the dream already. I’m 3 feet from the bank!



Up stream had a lot of rain and the river started to rise above flood stage. All of the campers near me cleared out but I had this little hill on the bank so I stood tight. I had to move the bike when the parking lot started to flood.
