If any one can recommend a reliable budget tour agency that books tours from Lhasa to EBC for the week of September 12th, would very much appreciate any help. I would prefer using a Tibetan own agency but if there is a reliable company in Chengdu that could be recommended that would be appreciated as well. Thanks for your help.
Reply to this I recently completed a tour across Tibet. I used AccessTibet Company. There home office is in Lhasa but they have a satellite office in Chengdu. The Agent that assisted me was Jessie, she's great because I asked over 100 hundreds questions. The company is very reliable, my only "Caution" would make sure if you are traveling solo that others have absolutely committed themselves to the tour. I hope this helps.
