Phuket or Ko Phi Phi???

need advice on how to finish my trip??

Hey I'm planning a 2 month trip next year around Asia and i want to finish it off with a week on the beaches of Thailand chillin!! I'm gonna fly into Bangkok stay for few days then travel south, definitely to Phuket most likely Karon beach, but not sure weather to stay there or cross over to Ko Phi Phi to soak up some sun after all my travels!!

Personally i'd go for Kho Phi Phi..
I went to Phuket and, admittedly it was Patong so not a great introduction! didnt like the place atall. And although phi phi is very touristy, its got a really nice feel. In terms of price i think both are as expensive as each other? But i think Phi Phi has more to offer, personally :) Reply to this

thanks, i want to pop into patong as i want to visit "Hard Rock Cafe" (i used to work for them so i want to see different branches on my travels) definatly thinkin going to Phi Phi is the way forward, im only after a week on the beaches and i can always do Patong as day trip!! Reply to this

Don't go to Patong, Phuket is beautiful - just stay in a secluded private beach, or even Krabi! Krabi is amazing and untouched for the most part.

OK for Phuket but don t stay at Karon ...you can find some little beach with little house near the beach(Ao SANE) ,try diving ( don t miss the beautiful undersea,e mail me ).
It s not so diff to find so nice place in Phuket .

do make sure u plan out the places and traveling properly as well - bcos prices can spike if you dont know where/when u're going - learned this credit to posts on facebook (Beer Chang fanpage actually) - they give out good tips - also giving out free tickets to Thailand as a matter of fact.
