When I tried to listen to this I got an error code: 404

I went on youtube to listen and really enjoyed it.

Wow - what a discovery, Ali!

I was amazed that 'Wiyathul', a well-known tune in the Maori language (as 'Pokarekare Ana'), could sound like something quite different in Yolngu - a language I'd never heard of before.

As for Geoffrey himself, I recall having seen him briefly on TV at last year's concert for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee but wasn't really aware of him until now. He reminds me of another big man with an unpronounceable name - the late-Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. And, he has a voice almost as memorable as that of another blind man, Andrea Bocceli. Just listen to this:
