Which Islands are the best for some great snorkelling in Southern Thailand
B Posts: 25
We will go to Thailand in January 2012 - as we only have limited time, we will stay around the Trang Islands and further south. Which islands are best for snorkelling and not crowded (eben if it is high season): Koh Bulon, Koh Petra, Koh Lipe, Koh Tarutao, Koh Adang or others? Thanks for some help [:-)] Reply to this

Thanks for recommending Koh Lipe. We will definiteylt go there. We will also try Koh Bulon and maybe Koh Petra or Koh Taratao - I let you know what they are like.
By the way, I loved your blogs about Sri Lanka. Sounds like a good place for us..... Reply to this

Hi Nina and Mark,
Will be happy to read your comments about some of the Koh I haven't heard much about.
We live in Bangkok, and to be honest Sri Lanka was a lot better than we could imagine...that was a trip for us! Reply to this

Good place around south of Thailand. I recommend you for Krabi province (Phi Phi Island, Hong Island) and the best place for me Lipe Island but if you still have time try Samui island and many more island around it. :) Reply to this
