Is camping in the national park admitted...!?
13 years ago, December 20th 2010 No: 1 Msg: #125005
Hi there all!
Does anyone have any idea on what the regulations are on hiking and camping in the Chapada National Park?
There are a lot of offers from local tour operators but none seem to be "extreme" and very touristic....I would simply like to have a week in the Park and sleep in a tent. Maybe just a local guide could do!?
Any suggestions/experience?

Thanks

There is a tour agency in Lencois called Zan Tour. Ofer, the manager is very nice, and speaks good English. I am sure that he could help you get answers to this question and if you want will arrange a private reputable guide for you.
