Christmas in S E Asia

Hi,
We are currently travelling in S E Asia and will be in Malaysia around Christmas time. We are therefore starting to think about what to do for Christmas & New Year. Provided that we can get cheap enough flights we would be willing to hop on plane to elsewhere for the Christmas. We are probably looking at being somewhere with access to the beach, any ideas very gratefully receieved.

We are gonna be in Philippines xmas new year. Not that this info helps you at all but we are very excited! Oh, booked our flights already KL to Manila (air asia), they were super cheap. But, apparently a lot of Filipinos return home from abroad at this time (catholic country) and flights can get booked out in advance, so if your gonna be as cool as us you better get on the net quick!! it depends what you are after. if you are looking for a party then should go to the full moon in thailand or go to goa but if you are looking to chill out in paradise then the phillipenes or borneo would be nice. if you have a lot of money then singapore would be unbelievable at xmas Reply to this
