Volunteer opportunities for my wife and I that are more focused on organisation, management and administration than the many teaching English vacancies. Any information very gratefully received!
My wife and I are hoping to travel to India in November 2010 and want to do 3-6 months voluntary work. Our skills are primarily in organisation of welfare, training and charity administration and we hope to put them to good use.
After trawling through the millions of websites listed I am struggling to find anything truly suitable. If anyone knows of an organisation that would benefit from some intensive support in how that organisation functions then I would be very grateful to hear from you as I'm certain the right thing exists somewhere, it's just a matter of finding it!
We are flexible in terms of location and the type of work the organisation undertakes.
