Any ideas of what are the recommended vaccinations for travelling within these four destinations for a 6 week period?

Reply to this Hi, I spent almost 6 months in Asia, so our vaccinations may be different due the amount of time we were there, but before we left I got Hepatitis A/B, Yellow Fever, Typhoid and we brought malaria pills.
They also recommended rabies, but I decided against it mainly because it was expensive. I never was bitten by a dog or monkey so I was fine! I think they also recommend Japanese Encephalitis, but I don't remember getting that one either.
Most of the vaccinations are important if you are going to be in rural areas. Most of the cities are lower risk. I hope this helps!

I have visited Thailand twice already, but have stayed no longer than 3 weeks each time, visiting both Bangkok and Phuket. So i thought it might be a different story since i plan on doing a Intrepid Basix tour, which does incorporate alot of local visits, and away from the main city stuff.
I am from New Zealand, so im sure the same vaccinations will be encouraged here.
