A more than 4 months backpacking trip to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan.
Hi all, I'll be leaving for Chennai, India, from Singapore on November 15th 2010. It's going to be loads of fun as I promised myself to leave Singapore for more than 4 months.
I have couple of questions:
1. When applying for Indian Visa, do I have to request permits from the embassy itself for visiting places like Manali or Andaman Islands etc?
2. Sri Lanka is getting more pricier but still cheaper than Singapore. Any suggestions? We're trying to avoid the heavy chaotic tourist flow.
3. Nepal!! Is there anyway where I can travel to Nepal by border?
