A challenge for Canadian travellers: Visit all provinces and territories and make at least 1 friend in each one and stay in touch with all of them.
Hello everyone,
I want to offer a challenge for all Canadian travellers. Visit every province and territory and stay long enough to make a fond memory in each place. I strongly encourage more than 1 city/town/village in each province or territory. Your goal, as someone who wants to take this challenge, is to make a friend in each place you visit and keep in touch with them on a long term basis. This is one adventure you will not regret. It's a life-changing experience that will fill you with pride and confidence. This country has a lot to offer, go out there and get it!
Cheers,
Ash
Reply to this And Canada is the country you can do that in.. they are very friendly peeps!
Reply to this Looks like a good challange. I frequently have trouble keeping in touch with the people I meet when I travel. Would those who take up the challange post updates here on how well they are succeeding with their efforts to make and keep friends. It could make interesting reading. 😊
Reply to this Hey---you made me think because you made such a great suggestion. As I took a look at the people we stay in contact with in Canada, there was less than 10. We will work to improve that----THANKS.
Reply to this Okay so i have visited BC and Alberta so far and have friends in BC i have regular contact with and met a girl in Alberta i somewhat keep in contact with. I know a girl in Newfound land, does that count? Although i haven't visited.
I am off on a working holiday in March to December, so i will see how many i can get to. I want to take a road trip across to New York so i might have to take some detours if i want to visit all states and territories.

Thanks to everyone who replied, I'm glad you're into it!
Checkmyspeedo: sure that counts! That's only one side of the challenge, though. The other side is to make a fond memory on the land itself. (maybe a camping trip? or an unforgettable event in one of the cities).
Good luck everyone!
