Air Asia has direct flight from BKK to Phnom Penh, none to Siam Reap. But then you could take the 5-hour boat ride up the river to Siam Reap. Adventure!

Thai Airways has direct flight to Phnom Penh, too. Cost vary and you can also check their "Best Value Highlights" for last minute deals.

Check out this site for good flight info: Attitude Travel

Ankor Wat stay...that's up to you. You can see it in a day, but why not stay two?

You can get a visa on arrival if you fly into their airport, or its easy to get one at any of the immigration offices at entry points along the border. But, remember, your nationality may make a difference. Check their consulate website. So much information to give there.
