A friend and I are planning a trip to Costa Rica and Panama. We want to have the freedom of traveling around with a rental car. I can't find anything that can answer my question. I hope someone can help. Question is...
We want to rent a car in San Jose and drop it off somewhere near Bocas Del Toro or David in Panama. Is this possible? is crossing borders an issue?
