Jasper is also great. But if you get the chance to go to the Yukon, nothing beats Kluane National Park. | travelingbee Deb Post Count: 73 Msg: #3 1319 days ago, April 25th 2006 | Not that Canada isn't beautiful, but let's not overlook places like Yellowstone and Glacier in Montana... Sometimes gradual and rolling, sometimes towering and dramatic. I think just being in the Rockies - Canadian or otherwsie - is a phenomenal experience! | [Edited: 03:57 - Ali - unlinked - relevance?] travelingbee Deb Post Count: 73 Msg: #6 1282 days ago, June 1st 2006 | Agreed! | weary traveler Paul Post Count: 6 Msg: #7 1255 days ago, June 29th 2006 | Having travelled to quite a few national parks in both countries, the one's I'd recommend are Banff, badlands, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, and Zion, also if you are in Banff/ Jasper area, you have to do the icefields parkway! Amazing place. But for the Rockies better off in Canada. | Number of Users: 6 | Number of Posts: 7 | |||||||||||||||
