Which Grandstand for the Singapore F1 GP?

Which grandstand would you guys recommend for the 2009 Singapore grandprix? I\\\'m looking for tickets that don\\\'t cost too much but I\\\'m not inclined for the walkabout pass.

Also, can anyone recommend a decent hotel (2-3 stars, clean, with aircon, hot water, tv) either near the circuit or near orchard road? Reply to this
