HK is great for electonic & international brands (much cheaper than Shenzhen) and Shenzhen area having lots of factories, does have great markets where you find real bargain (even more true for Guangzhou actually..) In Shenzhen, you'd be almost embarassed to haggle at 20% of the quoted price, sometimes even lower. My advice: don't (be embarassed).
