I stayed in a beach hut right beside the beach on Koh Pha Ngan for a couple of weeks. It was on Ao Chalok Lam beach in the North of the island. I would certainly recommend that. It is an expecially good island to stay on if you are into full moon parties. If not, it is also a beautiful island to stay on. | Nikki Blackmoon Nikki Post Count: 1 Msg: #3 381 days ago, November 9th 2008 | Hi Shane, | I agree, Koh Phangan is great and has someting to offer for everyone. For me, the most amazing beach on the island is Thong Nai Pan Noi.. i visit it on a regular basis and it has some of the best accommodations available in Thailand. If you want more info, just surf the web and have a look at some websites about Koh Phangan like http://www.lonelyplanet.com/worldguide/thailand/ or http://www.phanganresorts.com/North_East_of_Koh_Phangan/ If you have more questions about the island, just let me know ! orchard picker shane ennis Post Count: 4 Msg: #4 380 days ago, November 9th 2008 | thanks guys | really helpfull!! regards Shane sronan04 Shannon Ronan Post Count: 3 Msg: #5 191 days ago, May 18th 2009 | My wife and I went to Ko Chang a couple years ago and it was amazing! Warm, clear blue oceans in the gulf! Watched the sunset everynight from a raft in the ocean, gorgeous! Elephant riding, moped rides, etc. It's very accommadating, but low-key on the tourist side.... | Number of Users: 4 | Number of Posts: 5 | |||||||||||||
