Far from War, Poverty and Weakness, Vietnam now has so many changes and developments that we couldn’t imagine before.
There are only something which still remain in Vietnam are the peace and the hospitability.
Vietnam is one of the most peaceful destinations in the world. There is hardly strikes or terrorism here. Every early morning or in the midnight we mostly hear nothing except for sounds from crickets and other insects. Everything seems to be in sleep at that time although just a few minutes before, the atmosphere is really opposite. With many restaurants, bars, shops, as well as vendors selling from sundry things such as pop corn, breads to valuable things such as clothes and bikes.. There is a variety of sounds raising. This makes Vietnam becomes animated and looks like a small bustling market in the vast sky. Of course there is much to talk about Vietnam at daytime. There are more and more super markets, restaurants, business centers being built every day in Vietnam. The life is changing every minute, every second. People are much more drawn along modern life. They rush into crowded places such as T-Junction or cross - road or in front of a gate of a company then disperse to other places. Accord with fast and modern life, many fast food services are opened. And Vietnam becomes a fruitful area for investors from all over the world.
Despite of modern and bustling life, Vietnamese people still keep endowed characteristics intact. They are still friendly, hospitable as they were. Although they have to face a lot of difficulties everyday, they are always smiling, friendly and willing to help each other as well as visitors. Here and there, many people are helping visitors to have good view about Vietnam. One of the men I know is Nguyen Hanh (Known as Albert(http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/9dce6/) who is very proud of Vietnam and is trying to help visitors as much as he can. It was so lucky for me to meet him. He is small but very friendly and quite intelligent. He confided to me that “ Actually I get nothing from visitors while I have to go up and down to find out the information that I haven’t educated before, sometimes I must go to hotels or travel agencies to ask real information or book for them. It is somehow difficult and hard but I love Vietnam and I love my job, I would like to bring Vietnam near the visitors and make my land become more beautiful in their eyes. I love visitors too” That’s what I luckily collected from this nice boy. Also there are many other people that I don’t have chance to mention here. They are very hospitable and day by day bringing Vietnam near the visitors and make them understand more about Vietnam.
Honestly speaking, Vietnam now has witnessed so many changes and is becoming one of the most attractive destinations in the world.
