My wife and I have rented a home in Dominical and are heading there this Thursday. We plan to surf, hike, snorkle, and do anything else we can find.

Does anyone know this area very well, and is there any place or activity nearby you've found that was really special and would recommend doing or seeing?

Thanks!

You will be very close to Corcovado National Park. You will be able to find many tours that take you there. It will be a once in a lifetime trek into a jungle like that. The surfing can be phenomenal, be careful it might take up your whole trip! Canopy tours are always cool. I haven't done any in this area but its a can't miss. Also, ask the locals where the nights' festivities are. Different bars have different nights where everyone goes. Have fun! Reply to this
