Stef, Ira and I took a 7 hour bus from La Paz (Bolivia) to Puno (Peru) in order to visit the famous floating islands of Lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca is the highest navigatable lake in the world at an altitude of nearly 4000m and its about 85 km in length. It is massive, its unfathomable and when you look at it, it feels like an ocean without the sea salt smell. To get to Puno we have to cross a narrow part of the lake and the bus is transported on a giant barge, whilst bus passengers get a speed boat to the other side.

The photos are of our journey along with 5 argentinian boys we met on the bus.
