We had to be in Cusco (Peru) to start the Inca Trail on Monday the 28th November. So we decided to catch a bus from La Paz, stay over in Copacabana on the shores of Lake Titicaca and then head on to Peru via Puno.

We were pretty tired when we got to Copacabana so we did not make it to the Isle de Sol, where acording to Inca legend the sun was born. Lake Titicaca is pretty impressive, being in Boliva it is of course the world's highest lake and is roughly the size of Northen Ireland.

We stayed one night before catching a bus up to the border and then on to Cusco.
