Peru-Need help cheap airfare around Peru

Hello, New to Blog.... Girlfriend and I going to Peru Nov 12, 2010 for 3 weeks and need cheap air to Iquitos (Amazon) and Cuzco. Who know the best deals. Also looking for low cost hotel in Peru, somewhere around $30-50.00 clean with breakfast if possible. Any good restaurants as good as Mario's in LA if you know the place.
If anybody has knowlege of a great price or how to get from Panama City, Panama to Lima other than a $450. flight? Will be in Panama from Nov 7 to 12, 2010.
