The town of Nazca is known for these huge drawings/lines that were left by the Nazcas in the desert. The lines make out images of animals and people and to this day the researchers are still unsure as to why they were created. Some say they were a gift to the gods, others say it was linked to astrology and some Americans think they are landing strips for aliens....... say no more. The images are huge and the best way to see them is via air. So we jumped on a 6 seater plane and flew over the desert. It was an amazing, frightening and rocky flight. Certainly worth doing...........
