Welcome to the jungle!

The really neat about taking the explorer train was the terrain we got to see. We moved from the city through the mountains and finally, into the Rainforest.

In Aguas Calientes

This is the city where one goes to head to Machu Picchu. We decided to spend a day here and sleep and then head up to MP the next morning. It was beautiful!

We saw our 1st rain in 4 months this night! It began to pour down rain, so we sought shelter and enjoyed some drinks while entertaining ourselves with a friendly (several:) game of Jenga!
