Sajama, the highest peak of Bolivia. It is a volcano with a huge crater on the top covered by snow. There are not many people going there, maybe because of the cold and terrible wind on some days, which often gets over 100km/h, it's very hard to climb then. in May/June the mountains have much more snow, in September it was possible to climb them without any special equipment...

altitude around 4.700m, it took us 90 mins to get there. the tents are of a group of four french people who stayed there last night and continued to the high camp this morning (with four carriers, two guides and one cook...)
