Hello again! :o)

OK.... now for the Argentinien side! We arrived at our hostel in Argentina at midday on Thursday! It was still pouring with rain and the weather forecast looked better for Friday so we decided to postpone doing the waterfalls until then! The hostel was absolutely massive (240 beds!!) which was cool so there was lots to do and there were cheap dinner buffets every evening which was also really handy as the hostel was quite far away from town and we also didnt want to go out in the pouring rain again! While waiting to check in we met a really nice Scottish guy who was travelling on his own so we chatted to him for a while before heading into town to get cash! When we got back and checked into our 4 bed room it turned out that he was in the same room as us which was really cool! :o) We then booked our Argentinien waterfalls trip and decided to do the whole package with boat trip etc too! That evening we just had a few beers, had dinner and then played pool with a guy from Holland, called Shrek! hehe!! Well, i dont think that was actually his name, but it sounded similar so I decided to call him Shrek! :o)

The bus for the waterfalls left at 8am! There were some Australian people on our tour too which was cool as they were really nice and I was really happy to have some other people to chat to! Unfortunately it rained most of the day but nevermind it was still really nice!! We walked around all the little walkways and then got a jeep ride through the jungle to the boat! Then it was time to get the waterproofs on and put all our stuff in waterproof bags they gave us! Thank god as we got absolutely soaked! They obviously couldnt take us under the waterfalls as we would have gotten crushed but they took us really near - it was amazing!! The first time round we got up close to the waterfalls but didnt get wet, then the next time we got told to put our cameras away and then we went right up close and got drenched! :o) I was feeling quite clever and smug though as I had waterproof trousers with me and I changed into flipflops but the boys werent as prepared and had to walk around all day with wet trousers and shoes! heheheee! :o) After that we wandered around for another hour.... took a million more photos of the same waterfalls i already had a million photos of! You honestly just cant help yourself!! :o)

OK.... one more entry to come in a second about the island Im on now and then ive finished... promise!! :o) Hope im not babbling too much and sending everyone to sleep... just get a bit carried away when i start writing!! :o)

Lots of hugs xxxxxxxx
