Cintorin vyzeral ako male mestecko, so sirokymi ulicami, vsade sami mramor, sochy a kupoly.
Buenos Aires is huge so for today we decided to visit few more of its parts. First one was Retiro with a beautiful palace - Palacio San Martin. Later on a way to another quarter we stoped in a museum - Museo Nacional de Belles Artes. Some of its exhibits were very modern and we could only guess what their authors meant by it, for example potatoes staffed with metal bits and spread over a wooden shell. After the museum we headed to probably most expensive suburb in Buenos Aires - Recoleta and its famous cementery of the same name. To get a place here cost a massive amount of money and it is a resting place of many important personalities of argentinian history. The cementery looked like little town, full of wide streets with lost of marble, statues and tombs everywhere. Most of the tombe had little windows and through them we could see shiny coffins nicely put next each other. We also visited probably most famous
one belonging to Evita Peron or her Duarte family. For late lunch we went for a picnic in botanical garden - Jardin Botanico which was full of cats and also ather unexpected habitant - opposum. Short walk from there was another garden, this time in japanese style - Jardin Japones from which we expected a bit more. Evening was approching so we slowly turned back to our hotel, passing a huge metal structure - Floralis Generica, which opens every morning and closes every evening imitating the real flower. Back in the hotel, there was a lovely suprise waiting for us, somebody made our beds - the first time in South America.
