Pompey's Pillar and two cute little sphinxes

There's really no marker to show how big this is, but I would come up to about halfway of on of the sphinxes. Incredible that they had that sort of technology back then.

As you may recall, I metioned fate stepping in and helping out in my last blog, and it did it again today twice!
