Hello All! We rode into Alta this afternoon. The weather finally broke and we've had several days of beautiful sunny warm weather. Wifi continues to be limited and that will probably continue as we get farther north. We'll probably spend a rest day here and then move on. Retirement was so fun, I decided to do it again! After 8 years in Maine and 8 summers working as a bicycle mechanic, it's time for a change. My friend Anna retired and we decided to do a Nordic Tour. Our plan is to bicycle up the coast of Norway to Kirkenes and then south into Finland. We'll bike down to the head of the bay of Bothnia and then into Sweden. How long? Hej George & Anna, Love the photos - lots of empty spaces. MDI is swarming with tourists this year,and I mean really bad... Looking forward to doing some traveling myself next summer! Safe riding and say hi to Harry Hole for me!
