On a mooring buoy in Vis enjoying a cocktail we were entertained by a solo sailor on what looked like an international canoe with wings and it came out of the water on a hydrofoil. Fast! We have had a couple of excellent sailing days, 20 to 25 knots, hot 29C, and sunny. Vis and Kut are located in a beautiful bay with a long water front and good market and restaurant.
