Every Sunday there are groups of people near Harajuku Station, dressed-up in various costumes. It was a bit strange.
Yoyogi and Harajuku

A few days ago I went to explore Yoyogi, not sure of what was there. I ended up finding a nice park with a large temple. The exit to the park led to Harajuku, which is a teenager oriented area of tokyo, with lots of trendy clothing stores, and many people. I didn't stay there very long.
