Dziś rano zachwycił mnie pan w naszej kawiarni. Nie dość, ze miło sie bardzo z nami wita, to jeszcze pyta, czy znów chcemy dwie kawy (con lece i doble) i dwa croissanty. Każdy właściciel kawiarni powinien wiedzieć, ze nic bardziej nie schlebia klientowi niż pytanie, czy życzy sobie to, co zwykle.
