With Christmas over, we next had to contend with the build up to New Year. As always, I behaved like a complete spoil sport and refused to look forward to celebrating the arrival of 2007 (or 2008 as I told my parents I was really looking forward to - got a little confused as to actually what year it was - whoops!!). Well on 14th October 2006 at 10pm I am leaving the UK for a whole 11 months!!! Very scared but also extremely exciting. This has been something I have wanted to do for a long time, but for one reason or another, it has been put off. But I am now ready to explore the world, do everything there is to do and see even more. I will attempt to keep this blog updated regularly and make you all extremely jealous with loads of photos.
