Spent our first couple of days in Auckland. Its a beautiful city and such a contrast to Lima! Fresh sea air, warm but not humid, and it feels totally safe. Expensive though...but then Peru was very cheap so it feels even worse. Picked up our car and now up in north at bay of islands. Its very scenic and warm.
