While the journey to Kuala Lumpur from Duri, Indonesia was arduous, our two day stay there was anything but. That trek though, man, it was a long day. After we finally got off the ferry, which took quite a while, and before getting on land we were hit with a "landing tax". This had to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit which we of course did not have.
