So the journey sounds simple enough....KL to Cairns. I'll start from the beginning. It was a sad goodbye to Maher, although it won't be too long before I see him again. I woke at 4.30am and took the 6am train at KL station to BTS/TBS for my connecting bus to Singapore. 6.5hrs later after 3 stops; one a toilet break, one for Malay immigration ad one for Singapore immigration.
