Up bright and early today, Riachard and I get up add head off to or little Oasis... Lumpini Park to go for a little jog before it gets too hot... Not too hot would propabally never happen in Thailand lets be honest, oh well its was nice to get out and stretch the legs, we also found an outdoor gym which was free to use.
