Even before I left Blighty, I quite fancied the idea of getting the train from Alice Springs to Sydney and after some investigations whilst here I found it was going to be the cheapest way to get there too! Ever since I spent a year exploring what Australia and New Zealand had to offer in 06/07, I've been thinking about the next big adventure. Finally (after a few false starts!), it's here...
