We departed from Samara yesterday, Tuesday, and arrived in Rincon de la Vieja which means the corner of the old woman. The story is a princess ran away from home and lived at the volcano here. There are a lot of natural hot springs and water so she became a healer and the mountain was her "corner." We went on a short hike and saw some of the boiling mud and the thermal springs which was great. The ... read more
