Day 1 (Bangalore-Delhi-Kathmandu): I’m propped up on two pillows on my firm double bed here at Thorong Peak Guest House in the heart of Thamel. I’m really tired as it’s 8.30pm now and I’ve been up since 4.15am having had to fly Bangalore-Delhi-Kathmandu.
