Saturday, Envia took a group from ICO (Instituto Cultural Oaxaca) to a couple of pueblos to talk with the women to whom the school has given loans that are funded by the tour fees and donations. I am now in Oaxaca again, this time for 6 months. I am doing a home stay this time in order to speak more Spanish. We speak Spanish over breakfast in the morning and during the day when we encounter one another. The owners of the home believe in healthy living so they fix very healthy breakfasts. The lady of the house goes out for runs early in the morning before leaving for her work as a teacher. The husband who is a retired architect takes care of the activities of the "Casa Particular".
