Bangkok (2001 - 2012) During 11 years (2001 - 2012) I made 9 trips to Thailand. I often spent a day or two in Bangkok and then I had to move on to other countries or cities. My favorite sites in Bangkok are the Grand Palace, some temples, Khao San road, Chao Praya river etc. I also took a train to Chiang Mai from the railway station near Don Muang airport, and traveled in a night bus fro ... read more
