Sawat dee kha, It's day 4 of my 7 day fast in Phuket's Atsumi Healing Centre see www.atsumihealing.com. I awake about 5am to the sounds of local people performing their morning chanting rituals. Hello, welcome to my travel blog. About me - well to cut a long story short, I left England when I was 20 (a Barnet girl) travelled first to New Zealand for a year where I enjoyed life as a postie around Auckland’s streets (as at that time English people had a bad reputation for being too casual about employment) and it was all that was on offer.
