We left Surfer's paradise and went to Brisbane for a quick shopping fix before making our way to Hervey Bay where we caught the ferry over to Fraser Island. It was a lovely smooth crossing and the island was beautiful. Home to many, many dingoes there were signs everywhere with DANGER- DINGOES on- a bit scary.
