The bus from El Calafate was relatively easy until we reached the Argentinian border where for some reason it took the border officer an hour and a half to stamp 30 exit stamps - ridiculous bureaucracy! In contrast the Chilean border despite us having to fill in the immigration forms and have all our bags searched only took 45 minutes go figure.
