An early start was needed and around 8.30 after a few fairwells then Joe dropped me off to Budget to pick up our hire car. the two hour drive north brought us to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo and a day of animal watching. here we had the chance to feed the Roos's and stroke Koala bears, so lots of photo oppotunities.
