Tuesday 22.12.2009 Day 68 Hadrian’s Wall All though is snow lots again last night we decided to brave the snow again today and go to Hadrian’s Wall. Hadrian ’s Wall was built by the Roman Emperor Hadrian in 122AD, it Stretches for 80 Miles from Newcastle to Bowness- on-Solway near Carlisle, and was the northern frontier of the empire for almost 300 years.
