Making Fufu
Two woman prepare a local Ghanaian dish of Fufu, made of Cassava and plaintain and quite enjoyable, especially when you eat it with your fingers!

Life in Accra I just thought I should introduce my working and living arrangements here in Ghana. For those who weren’t able to read through my last posting, I am working with an NGO called EnterpriseWorks(EW) in the capital city of Accra.
