This time around I rented a Hummer H3 for the trip. Guess what it sucks in sand. Too heavy so sinks in easily and I somehow felt it was way too underpowered for all the hype we hear about them. I am sure all you Humvee dune bashers are raring to prove me wrong so guess what? Prove me wrong! All in all a good trip. Stopped for grub at Liwa Resthouse and nice photo ops.
